I am attending a symposium on Friday & Saturday here at BC, with the hope of establishing some answers to key questions regarding AI which I have been pondering and working on recently. Specifically:

1. Like previous jumps in mechanization and technological innovations, will this next, 4th Industrial Revolution help create new and different jobs, as has been the case in the past?
2. Can mankind withstand this round of innovation from a standpoint of a Real Living Wage?
3. Does AI reduce the meaning in man’s life, so that the basis of dignity through work is damaged?
4. Is Agriculture on the forefront of AI to the point of automation?
